Payment & Postage Guide



A lot of our items are made to order so please allow up to a week for your jewellery to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for items being lost in the post so if you are worried about this or are placing a sizeable order we suggest you choose the Recorded Delivery P+P option.



There are two payment methods for this site; Paypal or card payments.


The diagram below shows the link you must follow to pay by card, this does not require you have a paypal account.



If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact me for returns details within 14 days of receipt. We will usually offer you an exchange or option of store credit unless there are extenuating circumstances.


Refunds can only be considered for items returned in their original condition and packaging, minus postage. The cost of return postage is entirely the responsibility of the customer. I'm sorry, but there is no refund on shipping/handling charges. All items leave Raffles Bizarre in perfect condition and are packaged to prevent any damage, any returns or exchanges must be posted back in a padded envelope to ensure they are kept safe.


Custom designs are only partially refunded, due to every custom design being a personal requirement and will be hard to re-sell.


Earrings can not be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
